No Insurance? No Problem! The Seva Dental Discount Plan Has You Covered!
At Seva Dental, we offer a unique discount plan exclusively for our uninsured patients. Our dental plan has no exclusions and no deductibles. For the low, annual cost of $275 for adult patients, and $199 for children, our plan includes the following services, at no additional charge:
- Comprehensive Exam (Once every six months, twice per
- Cleaning (Once every six months, twice per calendar year)
- Digital X-rays
- Fluoride Treatment for Children (Once every 12 months)
Our plan also includes a 10% discount off of all other services, making it easier for our families to receive the dental care they need and deserve. Call our office for details!
Many of our patients have some type of dental insurance, and we are an insurance-friendly office. Please bring your insurance card with you to each visit so that we can make sure our records stay current. As a courtesy to you, we will file and track all claims and provide postage for special claims. Please remember that your insurance policy is a contract between your employer, your insurance company, and you, and that you are responsible for the payment of all professional fees, regardless of the extent of insurance coverage.
There is no need to stress about your dental benefits because our team at Seva Dental will process all of your insurance paperwork for you so that you don’t have to worry about filing or tracking claims insurance claims.
On the day of your dental appointment, we will collect two payments from you:
- Your deductible payment, as determined by your insurance plan
- An estimated “patient’s responsibility” payment for service(s) performed as determined by your insurance plan
We do our best to give you accurate payment quotes; however, we can only determine your final amount after your insurance company has processed your claim.
